Season 2021 versus Covid-19

Dear clients,

we believe that you are all happy and healthy. I would like to thank you for your interest in our tours. The previous year was not easy for the tourism industry. Even though we were able to organise many of our tours in the last season while the hotels and restaurants were opened, the situation was complicated when the traveling was restricted from abroad to Europe and back. For this reason we had to cancel most of our reserved tours. Beside of our Terms and conditions we did not charge our clients any cancellation fees or the clients were able to transfer their tours to this or the following season. Even though the situation is slowly improving thanks to the vaccination, we cannot be sure that the situation will improve by this summer. We believe in 99% that we will be able to organise our tours. There could be however complications due to travel restrictions to Europe and back to your homes. For this reason we want to give you information on how to reserve your tour this year:

1. You can reserve all our tours available
2. If you are a smaller group (up to 6 persons), you can safely reserve your tour approximately 30-40 days prior the tour, when you will know what restrictions are in place. We are flexible and we can in 99% confirm the reservation
3. If you are a larger group, we recommend to reserve your tour in advance. With our suppliers, hotels etc. we organise the latest day for free cancellation or a possibility of a transfer to the following year
4. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not certain how and when to reserve your tour
5. As for the last year we will try to organise a deal with our suppliers so we don´t have to charge any cancellation fees caused by Covid-19
