Overall, the arrangements on this trip were first-class compared to our previous cycling holidays in other European destinations. This type of vacation suits us perfectly, as cycling allows you to see and experience a country’s culture much more deeply than traveling by car. Along this route, we discovered the Czech Republic’s wine regions, countryside, castles, and charming villages, as well as its towns and cities. We warmly recommend both the services of Czech Bike Tours and the Greenway cycling route to anyone looking for an unforgettable cycling holiday.
What was the highlight of the trip for You?
Many of the castles along the route were interesting, but the one that left the strongest impression was the tour of Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle. We had never seen a castle like it before. It is definitely a place worth visiting. Český Krumlov was also a beautiful medieval town.
What do You think we could do better?
We do not have any major suggestions for improving this itinerary; everything was well planned and carefully selected. The only hotel that could have been better was Grandhotel Sluchátko in the village of Vranov nad Dyjí, but we do not know whether there are any better hotels in this village, as it is quite a small place.
